YOU HAVE AN UPCOMING APPOINTMENT AND I HAVE A FEW NEW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AS WELL AS SOME TIPS FOR A GREAT APPOINTMENT.

New Location! Your appointment will be at my new location at Heart Tattoo, 1605 N Franklin St, Tampa Fl 33602.

Payment: I accept Cash, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo and Cash App.

Please do not arrive early for your appointment. We will not be utilizing the lobby as a waiting area.
Upon arrival, text Russell at 813-336-0888 and wait in your car. He will let you know when you can meet him at the door.
You are required to wear a cloth or medical grade face mask for the entirety of your time at the shop.
Please wash your hands immediately upon entering the shop, and rewash any time breaks are taken.
Please stay in your assigned tattoo station for the duration of your tattoo, leaving only for the restroom and for payment.
Please do not bring any food or drink into you appointment, a single bottled beverage is allowed.
Only people getting tattooed will be allowed to enter the shop, do not bring any guests with you to your appointment.
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever or have had exposure to someone who has tested positive for coronavirus please text Russell immediately so he can reschedule your appointment.

Arrive on time. This is your time, make the most of it.
Avoid Alcohol. Limit your use of alcohol and other blood thinners (ex. coffee, asprin, etc.) in the 24-48 hours before your appointment.
Eat a snack or light meal before you arrive.
Drink plenty water before, durring and after your appointment.
Wear comfortable clothing that makes access to your tattoo location easy.
Bring a jacket or sweater, the shop tends to be chilly.
Consider bringing other items that will keep you comfortable and occupied (ex. headphones, a book, etc.).
Arrive clean. Keeping your new tattoo clean is essential to healing, a clean start is the best start.
Payment. I accept cash, Venmo, Paypal and Trilogy Gift Cards. If you are new to Venmo (for credit and debit card payments) it is best to download the app well in advance of your appointment.
Parking. Free street parking is available in the area, but it often fills early. There is a paid lot directly across the street with an hourly rate of $1.60 and a day rate of $12. There is a 717 lot a block away at N Franklin and E Kay Street with a day rate of $5.85.
